Booking: You can book a vehicle online or at one of our rental stations. We require your personal details and a valid credit card for the booking.

Driver’s license: The driver must have a valid driver’s license and present it when picking up the vehicle.

Minimum age: The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 18 years for small cars and 25 years for all other vehicle categories.

Deposit: A deposit in the form of a credit card charge or cash payment is required when collecting the vehicle.

Insurance: All our vehicles are equipped with liability insurance. Additional insurance, such as fully comprehensive insurance or theft insurance, can be taken out for an additional charge.

Refueling policy: Our vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must also be fully fueled upon return. If this is not the case, a service fee will be charged.

Mileage limit: Our vehicles can be rented with a limited or unlimited mileage, depending on the tariff.

Return: The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and place. Late return may result in additional charges.

Cancellation: Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period. Cancellation fees will be charged thereafter.

Additional drivers: Additional drivers can be registered for a fee, provided they meet the same license and minimum age requirements as the main driver.
